Located at the University of Helsinki’s City Centre Campus, Think Corner is a hub for event production. Its main stage, known as the Stage, is equipped with versatile presentation technology and regularly hosts high-profile national and international public events.
From booking to a successful production
At Think Corner, clients are in capable hands. Unigrafia’s Studio Managers are experts in live broadcasting technology. It’s a good idea to contact the Studio Managers early in the planning phase to find out what’s possible on the Stage. They’re also happy to recommend effective production solutions.
Everything starts with careful planning and scheduling. For each live stream, a detailed run-of-show is prepared. The client plays a key role here and is the best expert on the content of their event. Who are the invited speakers? Who will be speaking and when? How much time is allocated to each part? What visuals are projected on the video wall and at what point? Will there be remote participants?
Lectures, seminars, panel discussions – on site or online
Think Corner’s technology is optimised not only for in-person events but also for high-quality streaming. Smaller events can often be managed by a lean team, but for more demanding productions, Unigrafia can assemble a full crew for multi-camera setups or hybrid participation. The best results are achieved when the entire production is pre-scheduled, and each area – such as camera operation, directing, audio, and remote participation – has a designated person in charge.
More spaces upstairs
Studio Manager services cover a wide range of AV production needs, from video editing and image processing to podcast production. Studio Managers also train Think Corner hosts on how to operate the AV equipment in the building’s meeting rooms and student spaces downstairs.
On the second floor of Think Corner, you’ll find spacious and comfortable meeting rooms – some offering an impressive view of the Stage through a glass wall!
