Unigrafia’s copy services include network printers and multi-function devices, installations of said devices, replacing old equipment with new, user training as well as maintenance and spare parts.

Unigrafia is responsible for the investment and upkeep costs and monitors the maintenance service.

We offer a large number of multi-function devices and network printers in the University of Helsinki campuses and stakeholder facilities. The multi-function devices can be used for printing as well as for copying and scanning. To use the devices, you need a valid University of Helsinki user account and an ID card (Unigrafia’s card, an HSL travel card, a student card with contactless payment feature or a staff card with a chip). Students can load balance on to the card using the print quota shop.
